Will, Chris, Peter and Gene on the cover of (1981?) issue of Comstock Lode; photo previously appeared in some British music weekly, and also on Swedish 45 sleeve. This fanzine was put out by John Platt.
Will and Chris worked in 1978 at a restaurant where one of the bartenders was Larry Bennett, who'd been in the Mystery Trend, a band profiled in the same issue of Comstock Lode and which had been one of the earliest San Francisco post-British Invasion bands. |
